Return Policy

Defective items may be returned with-in 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. For any returns after 30 days, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for your return or replacement.

Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.

For sanitary reasons, as well as the general safety of our staff, we DO NOT accept returns of: Atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, or wire.

All sales on E-Liquid are final without exception. E-Liquid cannot be returned or exchanged for another flavor.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the incorrect product is sent by error of GoEliteWholesale.com. 

Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement device is not available, GoEliteWholesale.com reserves the right to issue a credit.

Returns must include everything that came with the product. This includes starter kits and bundled products. We must also have the original packaging returned to us.

All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from GoEliteWholesale.com and we will do our best to assist you.

When you are sending Vape or E-Cigarette items back to us please follow these guidelines:Please include both your Return Number and Order Number.
    If you are sending back an All-In-One e-cigarette device or a Mod kit that includes a tank, please empty the e-liquid from the tank prior to returning.
Please include all the original packaging and any accessories or parts that were included with the product.
    If you request a replacement product and we do not have the product in stock, we reserve the right to issue a store credit instead of a replacement product.
Our warranty policy will only cover manufacturer defects. Devices that appear to have user damage will not be accepted.
    Our warranty policy is limited to 30 days from date of purchase.
If a Return Request Form is not completed prior to the item being sent back, we will not be able to process the return.
